Biznaga de Cerro Grande is a small, rural village located in the municipality of San Miguel de Allende, in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. The village has a population of around 500 people and is situated in a hilly and arid terrain, surrounded by cacti and other desert vegetation. The nearest major city is San Miguel de Allende, which is approximately 30 kilometers away.
The majority of the population in Biznaga de Cerro Grande works in agriculture, particularly in the cultivation of nopales (cactus) and other crops that are well adapted to the dry, desert-like climate.
