Eldar Sami Qorugu is a nature reserve located in the Samux region of Azerbaijan. It covers an area of approximately 1,500 hectares and is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including rare and endangered species.
The reserve is situated on the southern slopes of the Greater Caucasus Mountains and comprises of two distinct zones: the forest zone and the mountain zone. The forest zone is dominated by oak and beech trees, while the mountain zone consists of rocky terrain and alpine meadows.
