Spain Peak is a prominent mountain peak situated in the Ellsworth Mountains of West Antarctica. It is part of the Heritage Range, within the Ellsworth Land, and stands at an impressive elevation of 2,000 meters (6,562 feet) above sea level. The peak is located at coordinates 79°34′S 82°42′W, approximately 14 kilometers (8.7 miles) southeast of Mount Craddock and 8 kilometers (5 miles) northeast of Mount Giovinetto.

Spain Peak was first mapped by the United States Geological Survey (USGS) in 1961 and named after Spain, in honor of the Spanish expedition led by Ramón Rosa in 1957, which made significant contributions to the exploration and scientific research of the Ellsworth Mountains.

This majestic peak is characterized by its rugged and steep slopes, covered in snow and ice year-round. The surrounding region is known for its harsh climate, with extremely low temperatures and strong winds. The area is also notorious for its challenging terrain, making it an arduous task for mountaineers and explorers to reach the peak.

Due to its remote location and extreme weather conditions, Spain Peak remains largely unexplored. However, it serves as an important landmark for navigational purposes and provides valuable opportunities for scientific research and study of the Antarctic environment.
